Data Recovery
Not all data can be recovered, however we have tools to recover data that you do not. If have a totally non-responsive PC, or the computer won't boot, typically your data is unharmed and can be recovered. We will usually visit you and remove the hard drive from your effected PC and run it through our recovery tools. Depending on the amount of data on the disk, the file recovery process can take several hours. Whilst we are happy to do this on-site it is usually far more economical to take your disk away. All disks are treated as totally confidential and you can request to have the disk destroyed or returned to you when complete.
